Brian has been a Solicitor since 2000 and holds a dual degree in Arts and Law from Queensland University of Technology.
Although his focus is on property and business matters, and the civil disputes and insolvency issues arising from them, Brian has a wide interest in law. His professional experience reflects this and spans all of the firm’s practice areas.
Brian has helped rescue a multitude of clients from the consequences of poorly documented or structured transactions, many of which could have been avoided with the input of a competent legal advisor at the outset. He brings this experience and a keen litigator’s eye to all property and commercial matters in which he is engaged. His mission is to assist clients in the pursuit of their objectives whilst mitigating the associated risks.
